We are happy to announce that our project director Ludger Pries published an article together with Mais Masadeh with the title "Similar History and Different Strategies of 'Arrival': Female Yazidi Survivors of the Islamic State in Germany" at the Journal of Refugee Studies. They give interesting insights into strategies of arrival and flight experiences of Yazidi women who were forced to live under the Islamic State and are currently residing in Germany.
