International virtual workshop on ForMOVE book project will take place April 21/22, 2022

On April 21 and 22, the ForMOVE team organizes an international workshop to discuss the state of the art of the edited book project "Forced Migration and Organized Violence in the Americas." Together with the invited authors - experts from the field of migration studies in Mexico - we will interchange ideas to further develop the publication and each chapter. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the workshop will be held virtually. Stephanie Schütze, Ximena Alba Villalever and Ludgar Pries from ForMOVE and our cooperating investigator Oscar Calderón Morillón from BUAP will be hosting the workshop.
